The number that shipped wrong. The model rendered 600 into a locked cover and a finished master, and it got past three human reviews while every note in the folder said 690. Headlines, dates and scores have been rendered locally as cards ever since — the picture gets generated, the words don't.

Left: the Owl's first running take, which opened his beak as he launched. Right: take two, with the beak closed through the run. EYES OPEN uses 2.35–5.55 seconds of take two: a beat of stillness, the launch, then empty sky.
Left: ZERO's second take under the dark board. The Owl turned sideways and opened his beak again. The third prompt asked him to hold still instead; right is that take, with the beak closed and the board still dark. The reel uses 1.50–7.30 seconds, after he settles.
A whole reel, built and locked for Thursday: a real tiger lying in their light, then THEIR LIGHTS. THEIR GRASS. THEIR HOUSE. and a talon print on the turf. WE WALK IN went up in its slot instead, and it never posted.
The Eagle half of EVEN is a six-second take, played forward and back to fill seventeen. About six seconds in, his eye closes and never opens again, and the first cut sat on the shut eye from 7s to 14s. The reel now loops only the stretch before the blink.
The Eagle standing where the Tiger stood only works if they're the same size. Every take of him pushed the camera in anyway: this one, first frame and last. The reel uses the first 1.4 seconds at half speed, then freezes, and the two end up within 2% of each other.
The first eye was a good eye in the wrong place. It sat right where the opening card goes, so the words would have covered it and the bandage. The one in the reel pushes the eye down and leaves the top half black for the type.
The walk into the light was supposed to stay back to camera. Under a second in, he turned, walked toward us and stood there staring, which would have been a third look into the lens before the one the reel ends on. A retry that said "never turns" three ways held the back for the 2.4 seconds the cut needed.
The first region game felt like the start of a second season, and that was nearly the card. It only works if the first four games stop counting for the playoffs, and we couldn't confirm that. So the card says what we could confirm: the first region game of 2026.
The field sprint grew pale tail feathers behind the Eagle's hips. That's the hawk's trait, not ours. A reworded retry brought the tail back after two seconds, so the sprint in the reel is exactly those two clean seconds.
Leaning into the deadlift, the Eagle grew a second pair of 26s on top of both shoulders. Trimming couldn't hide it. What fixed it was a new starting still with the Eagle already down at the bar and the shoulder tops plain.
Every attempt at a transparent BACK TO WORK came back with a fake checkerboard baked into the image. The lettering that shipped was generated on flat green and keyed out in the edit, the way a weather map is.
One of five A/B rolls from a different model, all rejected. Cheaper, and the eagle came back a different bird each time.
Tease A dropped the rust-red tail feathers and read as a second eagle in a dark jersey at thumbnail size. The tail feathers are canon now; this one is the record of why.
The first Monday draft put the poll sticker where Instagram draws its reply bar. It looked fine in the editor, which doesn't draw the reply bar. The next draft moved it, and the bottom of every Story is now measured before it posts.
The first of four eight-second motion tests before there was a reel at all. Only one camera move survived into the cut.
